NJPLOT is a phylogenetic tree drawing program that handles files
describing trees by the nested parentheses method (e.g. PHYLIP-built trees).

Features:
A graphical interface allows to re-root a tree anywhere and to swap
branches.
Bootstrap values are displayed next to internal branches.
Branch lengths can be optionally displayed.
Tree plots can be saved to a PostScript file (a PICT file on Macintosh)
for printing.

Supported platforms:
Macintosh: plots are saved to a PICT format easily printed and/or further
processed with any drawing program. File is njplotMAC.sea.hqx

Unix boxes: sun (solaris or sunos), dec-alpha, IBM-RS6000, Silicon Graphics,
Linux.
A command line interface allows for various settings (see njplot -help).

IBM-PC: Files are njplotWIN95.exe (for Windows95) and njplotDOS.exe (for DOS).

Get also file njlot.help for on-line help.

UNROOTED draws unrooted trees in a circular form.
It is presently ready for Macintosh (unrooted.sea.hqx), for sun computers
(unrooted.solaris, unrooted.sunos) and for Linux (unrooted.linux).

Thanks to Ashok Aiyar <aiyar@ebv.oncology.wisc.edu> for building the Linux
versions.
