This package is meant for the GNOME Documentation Project Members to
provide some necessary tools needed in the creation of GNOME
documentation. Others not in the Project may find these tools useful
as well. If you install this as an rpm you will cause the stylesheets package to not verify anymore! This is a hack! ...but a working one :)

Files provided are:

png-support-3.0.dtd
png-support-3.1.dtd
DTDs for supporting png graphics in DocBook. One for DB 3.0
and one for 3.1. These will be obsolete with DocBook 4.0 as it will
	support PNGs.

gdp-both.dsl
This is the default DSSSL custom stylesheet layer used by the
GDP. At the current time the installation procedure simply
backs up the DocBook Tools default stylesheet
'cygnus-both.dsl' to cygnus-both.dsl.bak' and copies itself to your
stylesheet directory while also copying itself as
'cygnus-both.dsl'. This is done so that the scripts that come with
DocBook Tools do not have to be modified - it is a simple drop
	in replacement.

png2eps
This is a simple Perl script to change PNG graphics into
greyscale EPS graphics. It also allow you to specify a flag to change
the width of the graphic. This is useful for making PostScript
documents. There is a man page available with more
	information.

dbnochunks
This is a hack of db2html to make a single html page out of
your DocBook SGML file. This one is dirty - cleaning up by
someone would be nice :) There is a man page with more
	information.
