Chris Martin is the author of dar-help a little program that builds
*.usage files from *.xml files. dar-help is used to simplify the maintenance
of help string returned to user when the -h option is given.

        2002-2003 DNS maintainer and Firewall admin for the GPRS network of
                  Bouygues Telecom (small french mobile operator).
        2003-2004 Network Design and support for SFR's wap and SMS platform,
                  Internet ISP connectivity.

       since 2004 Validation responsible of the hosting infrastructure
                  that provides data to UMTS mobile phones for SFR.

        Good knowledge of
              L1 protocols (bit encoding like Differential Manchester, etc.).
              L2 protocols (Ethernet, Token Ring: frame format, detail behavior
                       and structure of switch and hub equipments. ATM, FR,
                       protocols, E1, T1, T3 and E3 WAN links).
              L3 protocols (IP, OSI, OSPF, RIP, ISIS, ESIS, BGP, HSRP, VRRP...)
              L4 protocols (UDP, TCP).
              QoS (CBQ, TBF, RED, etc.)
              DNS configuration and administrative interfaces to network
              databases (like the RIPE).
              Firewall admin (Checkpoint, Netscreen, Linux iptables),
              Alteon Load Balancers,
	      BlueCoat proxy equipments.

        Knowledge of
             SDH networks, Submarine Equipment systems and TMN-OS,
             GSM and GPRS network structure, SS7 and radio protocols.
             HPOVO, HPOVPI.

	Good practice of the following equipments:
             Cisco switches and routers (3550 SMI/EMI, 7200, 3600, 1700, 2500, 4500)
