This is wmseti on steroids! While combining the wmseti text info, the alien
faces have been replaced by the aforementioned features.

The configuration files are shared with wmseti. A "timeout" configuration
value has been added for automatically changing back from the text to
the animation. See "wmsetirc" for an example, or copy it to "~/.wmsetirc"
and change it to your needs. The default display settings are what
I use. The configuration covers seti@home directories, program
command line, statistics display, and update rates.

The sprite engine is modified from the ubercool wmfishtime dock application
written by timecop over at http://www.ne.jp/asahi/linux/timecop/ which has
swimming fish, an anti-aliased analog clock, and alpha blended bubbles.
While providing fluid animation the routine does not use up cpu time - less
than other dock apps using the wmgeneral library. More is less!

Like wmfishtime, this program is afflicted by the broken window manager
problem. So if you get an alien face use the "-b" option.
